Birch Salon guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right – at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for services received. Retail may be returned for an exchange within 14 days.

We know things come up – please try to give 48 hours notice when cancelling a reservation to allow an opportunity to fill this opening, and respect your service provider’s time.

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, any guest that no-shows for a reservation or repeatedly changes or cancels without 24hr notice may be asked to schedule future reservations day-of only. Arriving late for a reservation may result in a modification to the services received in order to respect our other guest’s time.
