I’ve always had a deep desire to serve others using the gifts God has blessed me with. The idea of being able to positively impact how someone views themselves is incredibly powerful to me. With a background in Cosmetology Education, I bring an understanding of how to effectively build a salon business that serves the guest, while allowing our stylists the opportunity of financial prosperity on a flexible schedule, so that they can create the life they desire. I love growing personally and watching the lives of my stylists and clients flourish. My goal is to create a salon space where stylists and their guests receive excellent service, feel valued, and can continually grow as a result of being at Birch Salon.

What I love most about Birch Salon is our incredible team and the culture of love, acceptance, and support that we have cultivated. Every member of our team serves those around them with a kind heart and a genuine desire to help. Our collective goal is client happiness. As a Redken Black Elite Salon and Summit Salon, we bring in the industry’s leading education to keep our team educated and inspired.

None of this would be possible without our amazing guests, who have supported our salon company through growth and changes, which is not always easy. We have the BEST guests, and I love the diversity they bring. Within our amazing stylist team, there’s someone for everyone, and building these relationships is incredibly rewarding. Together with my fantastic team, we strive to make every visit a memorable and uplifting experience.
