God brought me to BIRCH after being an elementary classroom teacher for 15 years. The idea of being part of an education salon was a huge draw to me! Leading this incredible team is truly a dream. Our team is full of talent, huge hearts, and so much laughter. Helping them grow in their business is incredibly fun, and I love being one of their biggest cheerleaders!

Our guests are downright amazing. Each one comes with their unique stories, and I love that BIRCH is a part of their journey. I enjoy serving our regulars and meeting our new guests. Every single guest is so important to us here at BIRCH, and I am grateful to be part of such a wonderful community.
